BVHP REPS' Annual Picnic Festival

Our third annual picnic festival was held on June 8th. We had over 100 people in attendance. We had a wonderful selection of food and games. Everyone had a great time. We raised over $1,000 for the local assistance shelter. Joe Johnson won the big raffle and went home with a brand new DVD player. Much thanks to Bayview Property Managers and DWS/BVHP Real Estate for donating the prize. We are already looking forward to next year's event!

Certificate of Preference

Have you been displaced by the S.F. Redevelopment Agency of the S.F. Housing Authority?  Do you have your Certificate of Preference, which will give you priority to move back to Bayview Hunters Point?

We BVHP REPS are fighting for every family member to not only receive a Certificate, but also each Certificate have monetary value.  We want $20,000 for downpayment assistance, and $7,000 in rental assistance.

Homebuyer Workshops

Our next "Get Ready" Homebuyer workshop will take place on September 16, 2008, at the Bayview Opera House located at 4705 Third Street @ Newcomb Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94124.  The "Get Ready" workshop will begin promptly at 6:30PM. Call now for reservations.  Refreshments will be served.
