Welcome to our organization BVHP REPS. We have been serving the Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) Community and San Francisco for over thirty years. We are not the biggest, but we are one of the best real estate groups when it comes to helping you purchase a home through a fair and honest transaction.  We will not lie to you.

Our group of real estate professionals practice due diligence in handling all your real estate needs.  We will assist you with saving your home, downpayment assistance or prepare you to purchase your first home with our homebuyer workshops, called "Get Ready".  We also provide one-on-one counseling.

We help those who need help the most.  Whether you are currently living in BVHP, have been displaced and want to return, or you wish to purchase a home here for the first time, we are here to help you.  Most of us are  San Franciscan natives, and all of us are from Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco, CA 94124.  We know the neighborhoods and safety is our number one concern.  

We have many programs to help you. Everyone will not qualify for our programs.  However, we won't turn anyone away.  We do not require that you belong to any particular affiliation or possess any previous memberships to join our organization.  The only requirement for membership is that you grew up in BVHP, lived here for at least ten years and attended school here, and are licensed to sell real estate in California. 

We BVHP REPS are obligated to help everyone who  needs a "Certificate of Preference".   We only ask that you support our organization through regular participation in activities.
